10B Model: People not Parameters
An open-source model of high-level human needs — part of our approach to modeling and simulation, so agents can help answer what problems a business or community can tackle next.
This model is a piece of our overall approach to modeling and simulation. In order to help agents and other models answer questions like “what new problems can my business tackle?” and “how can I work on solving a problem in my community?”, we need to model high-level needs.

Over time we’ll add more detailed layers and scenarios. Recently we added sub-models derived from the AI Futures 2027 project and the AI Layoff trap paper.
