Move your team from chatting with AI to managing AI workers. Two half-day sessions with office hours mid-week. Concurrent agents producing real artifacts on real work. The DOVE briefing pattern, plugin architecture, and fleet operations.

2 days (4 hrs/day) + 1 hr office hours · Up to 12 participants

$20,000/cohort

For engineering teams. Two full half-day sessions (4 hours each) with office hours mid-week. Full Claude Code environment setup — custom CLAUDE.md, slash commands, MCP server connections, and multi-agent workflows. Your developers leave with a production-ready AI-augmented dev environment.
